Ginters Buss

Ginters Buss (Dr.sc.ing) is a chief econometrician at Latvijas Banka. He develops and maintains models for policy analysis and forecasting purposes, and published research related to this field. Before the current employer, he has served as a senior officer at Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia performing seasonal adjustment and GDP nowcasting tasks. He has got his education at Riga Technical University, Duke University, Central European University, Ghent University, and University of Latvia.
