Martina Cecioni

Martina Cecioni earned her PhD in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) in 2010 with a thesis on inflation dynamics and monetary policy in currency areas. She is an economist at the Monetary Analysis division in the Research department of the Banca d'Italia, which she joined in 2007. Her research interests are on monetary policy and its transmission mechanism, open macroeconomics and the inflation dynamics.
