Turgut Kisinbay

Dr. Kisinbay is an economist at the IMF since June 2002. Before joining the Fund, he taught macroeconomics at York University, Canada. He obtained his PhD in economics from McGill University. His research on forecasting appeared in International Journal of Forecasting, Journal of Forecasting and Applied Economics.
