Aikaterini Markidou

Ms Markidou took her BA degree in Business Studies (Finance and Accounting) and her MSc degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield. Her MSc dissertation was titled “Mergers and Acquisitions in the Greek banking industry: Analysis of the consequences”. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Sheffield at the Department of Economics making a research on thesis “The Transmission Mechanism of monetary policy and the bank lending channel: The case of Greece”. She is also a tutor in the Business Administration and Economics Department of the CITY Liberal Studies – Affiliated Institution of the University of Sheffield.
