Christoph Görtz

Christoph Görtz holds a Chair at the University of Augsburg. Prior to that he was Professor in Macroeconomics at the University of Birmingham and held positions at the Bank of England and the University of Nottingham. He completed his PhD from the University of Nottingham and graduated as Diplom Volkswirt from the University of Bonn. His research interests are in the area of macroeconomics with particular focus on business cycles; news, expectations and uncertainty; and inventory and investment dynamics.
