William Gittes Professor of Economics, Bar-Ilan University

Daniel Levy is WIlliam Gittes Professor of Economics at Bar-Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel. Prior to that he was an Associate Professor of Economics and the DGS at Emory University in Atlanta, USA. He is a member of the CRIW at the NBER, Senior Fellow of the RCEA, and editorial board member of Managerial and Decision Economics. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the Research Departments of the ECB's Monetary Division, Deutsche Bundesbank, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, as well as at Emory University, ISET, McMaster University, and the CSOM at the University of Minnesota. His papers have appeared in Quarterly Journal of Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Review of Economic Dynamics, Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Law, Economics, & Organization, Journal of Time Series Analysis, Economica, Public Choice, Economic Inquiry, etc.
