Manfred Jaeger graduated in Mathematics in Paderborn (Germany). His PhD (Dr) and his Habilitation in Economics are from the University of Halle, where he currently offers courses in Business Cycles Analysis and Macroeconomics. At the Cologne Institute for Economic Research he is responsible for financial markets and ECB Watch.
