Mihnea Constantinescu

Mihnea Constantinescu is Head of Research at the National Bank of Ukraine and assistant professor at the Kyiv School of Economics. His research interests include empirical studies of economic growth and convergence, the impact of financial factors on housing and GDP cycles, real estate economics and finance and risk management. Mihnea holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Politehnica of Bucharest, a MAS in Quantitative Finance from UZH/ETHZ and a PhD in economics from the University of Zurich.
