Since January 2014, I work as European economist for the UBS Chief investment office WM in Zurich. Before, I received a PhD in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) from the Universiyt of Basel and completed the Swiss National Bank's program for doctoral students at the Study Center Gerzensee. I have previously worked as teaching and research assistant including a research visit to the Brazilian Institue of Economics at the Getulio Vargas foundation in Rio de Janeiro.
