Zsolt Papp

Zsolt Papp is the Chief Economist for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA) at ABN AMRO in London. In this role, he is responsible for a team of economists & strategists covering the CEMA region. The role encompasses economic and political and financial markets analysis for selected Central-Eastern European and CIS markets.
Zsolt Papp joined ABN AMRO at the beginning of 2000 from UBS Warburg Dillon Read, where he worked as Senior Economist Emerging Markets. Mr Papp joined UBS in 1992, where he was member of the No 2 ranked EM Economics Team in the 1997 Extel Survey. He graduated from University of Zurich with an MA in Economics (magna cum laude) in 1991.
