Marc-Antoine Ramelet

Marc-Antoine Ramelet works at the Swiss National Bank since 2020. He is currently head of Research Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility, and was previously an economist in the Monetary Policy Analysis unit. He also serves as an external lecturer at the University of St. Gallen since 2020, where he teaches monetary policy and financial markets. His research interests entail monetary policy, the transmission of shocks and agent heterogeneity. In the past, Marc-Antoine held different economist and analyst positions in the financial sector, based in London. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, an M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc. in Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
