The focus of the conference is on driving factors of inflation and challenges for central banks in light of
recent economic developments. We aim to provide a platform for researchers from academia, central
banks, and other policy institutions to present and discuss their findings related to inflation dynamics.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Inflation expectations and inflation dynamics
- Fiscal policy and inflation dynamics
- Supply shocks and the policy response to supply shocks
- The global supply side of inflationary pressures
- Drivers of inflation in the post-pandemic world
- The optimal inflation target
- Price-setting and inflation
- The welfare costs of inflation
