Professors Kenneth Singleton and Anh Le will cover select topics on the modelling of the term structure of interest rates, including reduced-form affine term structure models and equilibrium models of the interest rates in which agents are endowed with specific preferences.

The Bank of Finland's key research areas are, on one hand, the interaction between and stability of the macro economy and the financial markets, and, on the other, the emerging economies, particularly Russia and China.

Visiting Researcher Programme – Call for applications
The Bank of Finland's Research Unit invites applications for the Visiting Scholars Programme in the areas of interest for the Bank, i.e. macroeconomics, monetary policy and financial stability. The programme is biannual with calls in April and September.
